Our Accredited practitioners bring Spotlight to life, so we invest heavily in making sure that you have everything you need to make Spotlight a success in your context.
We support you in understanding the philosophy of Spotlight, the practical skills, the underpinning theory and research, and how to apply it.
After completing the training, you will have your own Spotlight practitioner account, allowing you to generate your own client profiles, and access a series of slides, resources and other materials that will help you bring Spotlight to life for you and your team or clients. You will also leave with a set of Spotlight cards, a table mat, and 3 free Spotlight profiles to help build your confidence and begin integrating Spotlight into your work and practice.
As an Accredited Spotlight practitioner, there will be opportunities to then learn about new developments, share experiences with the community of practitioners, and hone your skills further at the refresher days we run, as well as access to other development tools that build on the Spotlight philosophy and frameworks.
